Jesus Johnson

Designated Broker, Co-Owner and Property Manager

Jesus is the broker of record for our firm and has over 20 years of residential property management and residential sales experience. He is an active property manager and member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Tucson Association of REALTORS, Tucson Multiple Listing System, Arizona Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Jesus is responsible for 1st American’s compliance with federal, state and local real estate laws and regulations. Jesus served in the US Military-Marines.

Associate Broker, Co-owner, REALTOR® and Certified Residential Property Manager

Don is an active property manager and representative for buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Don has over 26 years in commercial/corporate banking and 20 years in the real estate industry. As a full time REALTOR®, Don has earned numerous awards for his real estate performance and customer satisfaction. Don is a member of the Tucson Association of REALTORS, Tucson Multiple Listing System, Arizona Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.

Senior Administrator

Cecy came to the real estate industry 8 years ago after 38 years of commercial banking experience. Cecy is responsible for 1st American’s overall administration of our property management system, AppFolio.

Assistant Administrator

Sheryl recently joined 1st American to help with the increasing workload as we continue our expansion. Sheryl has a master’s degree in special education with many years of public high school service.
